HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2035 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is in progress. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings at this stage. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Vatsavai Police Station, Krishna District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 5 in Cr.No.29 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
