HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 5412 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 08.01.2016, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned orders issued in proceedings Rc.No.A1/2181/2015, dated 24.12.2015 of the 2nd respondent are suspended with a direction to reinstate the applicant into service forthwith."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 08.01.2016, the respondent authorities has reinstated the petitioner into service and the disciplinary proceedings has also concluded and further submits that the cause in the Writ Petition(TR) does not survive for further adjudication and pray this Court to close the writ petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
