This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.218 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Parkal Town Police Station, Warangal Rural District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-Accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the material on record.

3. The petitioner-Accused is questioning the correctness of the registration of crime on the ground that a false complaint is made by the complainant. As seen from the complaint, the petitioner-Accused abused the complainant in the name of caste.

However, there are differences according to the petitionerAccused between him and the complainant.

5. In the said circumstances, in the interest of justice, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Inve6tiqating Officer in respect of FIR

Crl.Petition No.7668 of 20?1 No.218 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Offiier, Parkal Town Pollce Station, Warangal Rural District to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioner-Accused and without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. Further, the petitionerAccused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
