The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 02.08.2021, with a direction to

the petitioner to submit fresh representation to respondents for payment of Rs.13,64,480/- along with relevant material and on such submission, respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate Orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks; that alleging non-compliance of Order dated 02.08.2021 in W.P.No.36542 of 2018, the Contempt vide C.C.No.1134 of 2022 is filed. However, subsequent to filing of the writ petition, respondents paid the entire amount of Rs.13,64,480/-, as claimed by the petitioner and in view of the compliance, the contempt was closed vide Order dated 06.02.2026.

Now, the petitioner by way of present application prayed to modify the Order dated 06.02.2026, by incorporating to award interest, damages and costs from 2012-2026, on the claim of the petitioner or to grant liberty to petitioner to file fresh writ petition. It is settled principle of law that the scope of Contempt is very limited and the same is confined to the reliefs granted in the writ petition and this Court in Contempt cannot travel beyond the original Order or pass any further or supplementary Order, but the petitioner by way of present application, is seeking reliefs beyond the original Order passed in writ petition, which is impermissible, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the present

application.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.
