This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 18.01.2016 in C.M.A.No.88 of 2013 passed by II Additional District Judge at Warangal, whereby the Court confirming the Orders dt.27.09.2013 in I.A.No.362 of 2012 in O.S.No.280 of 2012 passed by II Additional Senior Civil Judge at Warangal. 02.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 03.

As per the Office Note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 09.11.2016.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the present Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
