Petitioner seems to have submitted an online application along with Form VI-A for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Though the application seems to have been made on 12.07.2017 is pending, learned Government pleader submits that all the revenue officials are now involved in undertaking extensive survey of land records and survey of land. Therefore, requests some time for consideration of the said application. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, by following due procedure, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
