THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11373 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in an unregistered crime on the file of the P.S., Panjagutta, Hyderabad District, for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 506 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is a law abiding citizen and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigating agency and as such, he prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case is registered against the petitioner herein.

In view of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that no case is registered against the petitioner, the anticipatory bail application is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable and as such, it is liable to be dismissed.
