ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to confer illegal benefits on respondent No.1 and to drop further proceedings in E.P.No.244/2006-07 against the petitioner. On 13.8.2015, no one represented the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 27.11.2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.46331 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
