As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27.01.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on his behalf. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in dealing with the case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
