HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.21829 OF 2019 Date: 14.10.2019 Between:

Nidhanapalli Bala Krishna S/o.Late Gopaiah, Aged 36 yrs, Occu: Agriculture, R/o.Nagineniprolu Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District & others .....Petitioners And The State of Telangana, Rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad & others.

.....Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.21829 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioners claim that aggrieved by issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of 5th respondent, they filed revision before the Joint Collector. But so far the revision is not disposed of.

3.

Apparently, pass books were issued long ago. Petitioners having realized that pass books were wrongly issued, claim to have filed Revision on 04.09.2019 and immediately this writ petition is filed alleging that the revision is not disposed of. 4.

Since revision is filed only on 04.09.2019 and so far it appears no number is assigned, it cannot be said that there is inordinate delay in disposing of the revision. Petitioner instituted this writ petition on 27.09.2019.

5.

Thus, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Revisional Authority to dispose of the Revision as expeditiously as possible. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 14th October, 2019 Rds
