This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"issue any appropriate writ order or direction preferably a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in refusing to release the documents presented by the petitioners without assigning any reasons is illegal arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to release the documents P/47/09 P48/09/P46/09 presented by the petitioners in respect of the petitioners lands." At the hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.27174 of 2009, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
