This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, aggrieved by the action of the learned VII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, in not disposing of I.A.No.724 of 2018 in O.S.No.845 of 2018. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant and perused the record.

It is evident from the record that I.A.No.724 of 2018 in O.S.No.845 of 2018 was filed before the Court of VII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, in August, 2018. The said Interlocutory Application is being adjourned from time to time and not yet disposed of, in spite of the petitioner pressing for the disposal of the same. In the given circumstances, the Court below ought not to have kept the subject interlocutory application pending.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.724 of 2018 in O.S.No.845 of 2018, pending on its file, within thirty (30) days from today.
