Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to pursue the matter further. In view of the same, he is unable to proceed further with the matter. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
