THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6350 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner/A.6 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner/A.6 in C.C.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda, is dispensed with. However, the petitioner/A.6 shall appear before the Court below as and when her personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
