Learned counsel appearing for petitioners/A-10 & A-11, would submit that petitioners/A-10 & A-11 may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition before the concerned Court. While dismissing the Criminal Petition as withdrawn, liberty as sought for, is granted.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
