In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.229 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, arising out of the offences under Sections 468, 471, 419 and 420 IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Pahadishareef Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 31.12.2013. No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
