THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29818 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation and the same was acknowledged by the respondent Municipal Corporation authorities on 10.03.2016 and a copy of the same is also filed along with the writ petition as material paper. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the said representation will be verified by the 3rd respondent and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation said to have been acknowledged by the respondent Municipal Corporation on 10.03.2016,

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
