THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30403 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in passing the order dated 16.08.2017 directing the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession of house and coffee hotel situated in H.No.20-26(10) to the fifth respondent without allotting alternate house. Since the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in possession of the subject property for more than two decades and since there is a remedy of appeal, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to avail that remedy, there shall be status quo for a period of sixty days, and it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for filing the appeal within a period of thirty days from today. If the petitioner does not file any appeal, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action.
