THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4569 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.102 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Kakatiya University, Warangal Urban District, registered for the offences under Sections 290, 307, 323, 354, 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant has not received any injury and she has not produced any medical certificate to the effect that she has received any injury.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.

In the circumstances, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within a period of fifteen days from today and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are directed to report before the Station House Officer as and when required.
