Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have made an application on 11.09.2018 and 17.09.2018 for issuance of pattadar pass books to the 2nd respondent, and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said applications within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
