THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35786 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in registering FIR against the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is posted for hearing, it is informed by the learned Government Pleader for Home that already a case has been registered as Crime No.186 of 2016 by the 3rd respondent on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the 4th respondent. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the same becomes infructuous.
