OFFICE NOTE 06.09.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submitted that in the order dated 28.08.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.7783 of 2023 a typographical mistake occurred in the condition No.1 as "i) The petitioner/accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, L.B.Nagar instead of "the petitioner/accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Rangareddy District.

The Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.
