This writ petition has been filed, questioning the action of authorities, in the year 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to afflux of time, the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
