The respondent in I.A.No.290 of 2017 in O.S.No.290 of 2014 on the file of learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, filed this Civil Revision Petition assailing order, dt. 24.07.2017, in the aforementioned I.A.

After arguing the case, Mr.Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
