This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.8 and A.12 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.85 of 2011 of Visakhapatnam III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed, but not yet numbered.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
