THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28915 OF 2017 AND CONTEMPT CASE No.1904 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These two cases are being disposed of by this common order as the contempt case arises out of the same proceedings in W.P.No.28915 of 2017.

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not tracing the missing meter and restore the electricity to S.C.No.21006 16611 to the premises of Shop No.6, MIG 13, Rushi Complex, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad.

Now the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.08.2017, the electricity supply was restored, but the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, owner of the premises, submits that the petitioner was already evicted from the premises.

In view of the above facts, no further proceedings are warranted either in the writ petition or in the contempt case. The writ petition and the contempt case are accordingly closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in these two cases, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 15.12.2017 pln
