Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

In view of the bar under Rule 129 clause (3) of the A.P. Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders 1990 (for short, 'the C.R.P.') for not a case of certified copy applied and it was refused or rejected and not even a case of original is required to prove a fact and getting of certified copy is not enough; there is nothing in this revision to interfere with the impugned order, but for to comply with Rule 129 clause (3) of the C.R.P. and file if at all any fresh petition before the trial Court, if it is within four corners of Rule 129 clause (3) of the C.R.P. to entertain, where certified copy is applied and refused or where original is required to prove from any dispute on correctness of such certified copy. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed before admission. No order as to costs.
