THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.33350 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner society prays for Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in granting house site pattas to the members of the petitioner society and attempting to dispossess the members from an extent of Ac.7.80 cents in Survey No.127/12-1 & 3 and an extent of Ac.10.00 in Survey No.127/18 at Durgabhavani Colony, Narayanapuram Village, Nadigudi Panchayath, Dachepally Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and unconstitutional. 2.

This Court, after perusing the document filed in the writ petition, is not persuaded to examine the alleged grievance of nonconsideration or interference at the instance of a society. If the persons in possession have any grievance, they have to work out by filing the petition as required by law. Learned counsel seeks liberty to file such request before respondent Nos.2 to 4 and does not press the writ prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
