This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, seeking a direction to the learned Special Assistant Agent & Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, to dispose of O.S.No.122 of 2011, pending on its file, at the earliest.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff would submit that the subject O.S.No.122 of 2011 is pending on the file of the learned Special Assistant Agent & Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, for a considerable period and made a request to this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the said suit at the earliest.

As per the material placed on record, the subject suit is of the year 2011. It is an old one. Both the parties to the subject suit are entitled for expeditious disposal of the suit. 5 .

Under these circumstances, the learned Special Assistant Agent & Sub Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.122 of 2011, pending on its file, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6 .

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
