There was no representation for the petitioner on 09.08.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed, 'for dismissal'. On 21.08.2018, the counsel for the respondent reported that the counsel for the petitioner is no more. Hence, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner/ partyin-person. Thereafter, in spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", petitioner was not present nor there was any representation on his behalf.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 10.06.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
