This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.326 of 2014 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC and Section 7 (1) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, against the petitioner/A.1. 2.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime filed Charge Sheet and after full-fledged trial, the trial Court acquitted the petitioner for the said offences.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
