THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.21914 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the action of the 5th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes which the petitioners have with respondents 6 to 9, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. A consequential direction is sought to respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 9 for illegal trespassing into the plots of the petitioners and also direct the respondent No.5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and peaceful life of the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 22.10.
