This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners to declare the action of the 5th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes which the petitioners have with respondents 6 to 9, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. A consequential direction is sought to respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary action against the respondents 6 to 9 for illegal trespassing into the plots of the petitioners and also direct the respondent No.5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and peaceful life of the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 22.10.

2019, submits that the 5th respondent neither called the petitioners to the police station nor threatened them to settle the civil disputes which the petitioners have with respondents 6 to 9 at any point of time.
