Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel appearing for petitioners submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
