THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY SECOND APPEAL No.671 OF 2003 ORDER:

On 16.09.2016 learned counsel for the appellant reported that he has no instruction, thereupon this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the party in person and to list the matter today i.e. 17.09.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the party did not appear and again Sri Mehdi Hussain, counsel for the appellant, reported that he has no instructions.

Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', the appellant did not appear.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this second appeal, shall stand closed.
