THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.14373 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.211 of 2014 on the file of Ramgopalpet P.S. Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that police after completion of investigation filed final report referring the case as 'Lack of Evidence.' Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneou petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
