Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.143 of 2016 of PS Kaddam, registered for the offences under Sections 308, 304 Part-II of IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
