HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 7449 OF 2002 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to empanel the petitioner for the post of sub-staff and also to regularize his services. 2.

The Counsel for the petitioner contends that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 28.11.2003 and, in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioner was empanelled for appointment to the post of Sub-Staff. The only issue is with regard to regularization of services of the petitioner.

The Counsel for the petitioner further contended that appropriate orders be issued to the respondents to consider his case for regularization in accordance with rules.

The Standing Counsel for the respondents had contended that the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with rules. 5.

This Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a representation seeking regularization, if not already regularized, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
