THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.333 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by both the Counsels that the Insurance Company had furnished list of cases where it intended to withdraw the cases in the Lok Adalath held on 26.06.2022. In the said list, this is one of the cases which is referred for withdrawal.

In the light of the said inclination on the part of the Insurance Company, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to the costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
