Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that land to an extent of Ac.5.00 guntas in Survey No. 162/A, Mangalpally village, Ibrahimpatnam mandal, Ranga Reddy district was assigned to her husband in the year 1993 and pattadar pass book bearing No.T05090190371 was issued and since then she along with her husband cultivating the land and after death of her husband on 5.2.2019 she is in occupation and cultivating the said land. Petitioner made online application in prescribed form to mutate her name and the same was acknowledged by TSTS Ltd on 5.2.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Having regard to the fact that online application for mutation of name is already made and is stated to be pending, without entering into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 5.2.2019 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
