This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018 for providing protection to the tower being erected at Door No.60-27-4, Survey No.32, Part Ward no.48, Malkapuram, Visakhapatnam District, as per permission, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of similar writ petition No.14941 of 2016, dated 28.04.2016, directing the 2nd respondent therein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the above, since the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2018 is pending before the 2nd respondent the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, Malkapuram Police Station, Malkapuram, Visakhapatnam, to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 25.04.2016 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed

expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
