This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 17.01.2013, in I.A.No.461 of 2012 in O.P.No.106 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court below allowed the petition. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.P.No.106 of 2012 itself was dismissed on 19.04.2017.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
