It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Ratnamma v. Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District[1] and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri V.Venkata Naga Raju, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the impugned order dated 25.01.2016 is set aside in terms of the judgment in Ratnamma v. Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, Anantapur District (supra). However, the 4th respondent is at liberty to work out remedies available to him, in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
