CVNR,J & KVL,J W.P.No.28982 of 2017 03.10.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed assailing the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 15.06.2016, in O.A.No.2061 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the aforementioned order of the Tribunal has been complied with by passing appropriate orders by the respective District Educational Officers. Mr.C.Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has fairly admitted this fact. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infrucutous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36056 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
