Heard Smt.G.Jhansi, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned counsel submits that with the passage of time and having regard to the changed circumstances, the grievance canvassed in the writ petition is not subsisting. She seeks leave of the Court to approach the competent civil Court as and when cause of action arises vis-à-vis the proprietary right of petitioners on subject land.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

Writ petition is disposed of.
