HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.34203 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Ravindra Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to challenge the appointment of respondent No.5 as Mutawalli, in appropriate proceedings before the Tribunal constituted under the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
