This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.685 of 2019 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

The allegations levelled against the petitioners are grave in nature. The investigation is still in progress and hence, if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail, there is every possibility of their causing hindrance in the investigation and tampering the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
