This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Second Appeal No.5497/CIC-P-2/SA-1313/2019 filed on 10.05.2019 under Section 19(3) of the Right To Information Act, 2005 (for short RTI Act) taking into account the age of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Second Appeal No.5497/CIC-P-2/SA-1313/2019 filed by the petitioner on 10.05.2019 under Section 19(3) of the RTI Act, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
