THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.484 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he had filed a latter dated 04.02.2016 in the Registry to the effect that he is instructed to withdraw the appeal and accordingly, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
