ORDER:- Pursuant to a letter dated 15.07.2015 filed by Sri Naram Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, the matter is posted to today under the caption "for withdrawal".

Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, interim order dated 06.03.2012 is vacated and miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
