This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.07.2016 passed in I.A.No.166 of 2015 in I.A.No.511 of 2014 in O.S.No.175 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that I.A.No.511 of filed by the first respondent/plaintiff for appointment of advocate commissioner is pending. They further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.511 of 2014 after affording a reasonable opportunity to both parties.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.511 of 2014 in O.S.No.175 of 2012 in accordance with law, after affording a reasonable opportunity to both parties.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
